Ministry Information

Giving Thanks for Our Volunteers: By definition, a volunteer is someone who renders a service or takes part in a transaction while having no legal concern or interest. Volunteering as the general public knows, is the charitable work done within an organization or group by an individual without monetary pay or compensation. At a church, volunteers are often members that want to use their talents or their background, to aid the church and fulfill its needs with service and actions rather than money. St. Mary Parish is blessed to have so many talented volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering at St. Mary Parish, but don’t know where to begin, consult the reverse side of the monthly calendar for the names of the Ministry Leaders, look at the pamphlet rack in the Church Gathering Space, or contact the Parish Office for more information. St. Mary Parish is blessed to have many talented volunteers but there is always a need for more volunteers.
